Hydralife will send out messages on the day prior to delivery for reminders. If the message is not responded to before 7pm on that day prior to delivery then you will be charged and Hydralife will owe you the delivery when you are ready.
If no jugs are left out, you will still be charged and Hydralife will attempt a re-delivery on the next day that we deliver in your area.
For subscription orders, Hydralife will only drop new jugs based on the amount of empty jugs left outside (customers will be charged accordingly).
For all lost/broken or damaged jugs customers will be charged $10 per jug.
For commercial accounts charges will remain constant regardless of amount of jugs delivered.
